Before you spend anything, we assess your academic profile, degree classification, subject, and target universities to confirm you are a strong candidate and identify the best pathway for you.

Step 2 — University and Scholarship Matching
We build a personalised shortlist of universities matched to your profile and identify every scholarship route available to you including the CSC, university-direct awards, and Confucius Institute grants.

Step 3 — Application Preparation and Review
You receive the full ChinaGrad application guide and Mandarin foundation course. Your CV and personal statement are reviewed by our founder and senior UK educator to the highest standard.

Step 4 — Offer and Reapplication Promise
Once your offer arrives we give you visa preparation and pre-departure advice. If you follow our process and do not receive an offer, we support your full reapplication the following year at no cost.

What We Do Not Do
ChinaGrad is a guidance and preparation consultancy — not a visa management service, travel agent, or on-arrival support provider. We do not manage visa submissions, book flights, arrange airport pickups, or provide on-the-ground support in China. What we do is give you the knowledge, documents, and strategy to navigate this process successfully yourself — backed by the experience of a founder who has done exactly that.
